About the business and the role

Marchetti café in Tattersalls Arcade is one of Brisbane’s coffee institutions. This popular licensed Italian Café is now looking for a Cook/Chef to work with our small but tight team.

Casual is preferred to begin with (up to 40 hours a week) – but open to Full Time.

Job tasks and responsibilities

We are all about serving a great product with passion, fun and skill.

You will be the stand-alone cook/chef preparing and serving all Breakfast, Lunch and pastry items.

This is a great opportunity for a Cook/Chef looking at moving into a more family-friendly working environment working MONDAY – FRIDAY days only.

Skills and experience

You will have good experience, be super organized and be able to manage our Food Safety program
