We are looking for a bubbly and entrepreneurial restaurant professional looking for a fun and manageable workload. We have around 30 hours available due to opening times, however the candidate has the opportunity to make up extra hours helping with kitchen prep, marketing activities or at our sister restaurants in Paddington. The role currently works solo for a number of shifts so you will need to be organised, reliable and motivated. Responsibilities include: – delivering professional and warm customer experiences – working towards increasing patronage and customer spend – maintaining stock levels of drinks according to a strict budget – identifying areas of potential improvement / sales opportunities
