Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Barista/All-Rounder . As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and Serve Beverages: Utilise your expertise to craft a variety of high-quality beverages including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to our standards.
2.Customer Service:Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all customers. Take orders accurately, handle payments, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the front counter area, beverage station, and dining area clean and organised at all times. This includes regularly wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste properly.
4. Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items as needed.
5. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies. Restock items as necessary to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
6. Operate Equipment: Safely operate and maintain various equipment including espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems.
7. Follow Health and Safety Procedures: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and customers.
8. Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting preferred
2. Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment.
3. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
6. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
7. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
