About This Job

We are an established wholesale bakery in Coopers Plains, specialising in Organic Artisan Sourdough Breads. We are seeking an experienced Artisan baker and experienced assistant bakers who are dedicated to producing high quality products with a keen eye for detail to join our team.

The successful applicants will possess the following attributes: • Have sound knowledge on all bakery equipment including mixing and ovens;

• Be competent in all aspects of bread dough’s and table work;

• Knowledge of making scratch dough;

• Sound knowledge of weighing ingredients;

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment;

• Be able to work within a team environment;

• Attention to detail;

• Must have own transport.
