BACK OF HOUSE

Successful applicants must be able to work all or most sections of a kitchen and have grill, pans and fryers experience in a fast-paced environment.

You need: –

• A commitment to provide a high standard of hygiene and food

• Grill experience

• Good communication skills

• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and cooking of food to a high standard in a high-volume kitchen

• Involvement in all areas of a kitchen including dish area

• Ongoing training online and in store

• Stock receival and control

Both part-time and full-time positions available.

FRONT OF HOUSE

If you possess exceptional customer service skills with experience in Cafes and Restaurants, then look no further for your new career challenge.

Primarily you will be responsible for providing efficient quality service to ensure the highest patron satisfaction at all times.

Your expertise in the following areas is critical to ensure the highest level of service.

Background in a busy family orientated dining environment
Ability to work closely with the Franchisee to improve service standards
To be a role model for staff by displaying a positive attitude at all times.
To liaise with the kitchen personnel, wait staff and supervisors concerning service requirements and issues.

You must be well presented, organised, able to prioritise, have a keen eye for detail, and most importantly have EXCEPTIONAL communication and people interaction skills.

The successful applicant will need to be available for both lunch and dinner shifts, as well as weekends and holiday periods. Pay rate will be as per age and past experience
