Hello.
We are recruiting for the following openings at our rotating sushi shop located in the Fortitude Valley Station Shopping Centre.
– Location : Haruakii Sushi in Valley Metro Shopping Centre, Fortitude Valley Station
– Openings
Back of house : 1 In charge Chef, 2 Kitchen Hands
Roll/Nigiri Maker: 1 In-charge Chef, 3-4 Roll/Nigiri Makers
Hall staff: 1 hall manager, 3-4 hall staff
– Opening date: 15th January 24 (Mon) scheduled
– Salary and Working Hours
In charge Chef, Hall Manager : Negotiated annual salary based on experience / 40 hours a week, 4-5 days a week
Kitchen hand, roll/nigiri maker, hall staff : Casual hourly wage $28.27~ on weekdays, $33.92~ on weekends / 20 hours per week
– Qualifications
In charge Chef / Hall Manager : Minimum 2 years of experience in related field and able to work full-time including weekends
* Cookery graduates with 482 visa are also welcome.
Kitchen hand, roll/nigiri maker, hallstep: beginners are welcome and experienced people are preferred.
