I am currently engaged as a team member at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), where I serve as the initial point of contact for customers and diligently prepare orders to their exact specifications. Prior to this, I honed my customer service skills as a Room Attendant at Meriton Suites, ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest accommodations to guarantee their utmost satisfaction. Additionally, I contributed to the seamless operations of DoorDash Australia as a Dasher, prioritizing prompt deliveries and pickups while fostering positive interactions with customers.
Complementing my practical experience, I hold a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Professional Accounting from Holmes Institute, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on Financial Markets from the University of Mumbai.
