Have booking system knowledge and understanding of best operational use to benefit and grow the business , deal with OTA English speaking : must have very good communication skills on the phone and in person when dealing with guests Fit , active : some jobs involve unloading linen and distributing across the motel on stairs as there is no lift. Some cleaning of rooms when busy or staff shortage : cleaners in place Be constantly aware & vigilant of people/guests at all times and be able to work unobtrusively.
