• Demonstrated specialty coffee experience
• Ability to dial in coffee to a recipe & adjust as required
• Texture milk consistently
• Take pride & present coffee in a quality manner
• Be able to work independently as well as with in a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Outgoing and can work with smile
