I have three years of hands-on experience in hospitality and customer service. As a Head
Waitress at Koenig and a Shift Leader at Gong Cha, I developed strong leadership,
communication, and problem-solving skills while ensuring efficient operations and high-quality
service. My experience in table service and fast-paced environments has strengthened my ability
to manage guest satisfaction, optimize workflow, and support team coordination. I am eager to
