minimum 3 year experience in a high volume restaurant in Australia as a section waiter/waitress /
you must be immaculately presented
display confidence in carrying 3 plates or more
display confidence in carrying full drinks tray
bring fun, work hard vibes
basic spirit and wine knowledge
ability to explain menu items in detail with confidence
availability to work a minimum of 8 months
long term residents an advantage
full weekend availability
must be able to thrive in a busy environment
must be available nights until 1am
