We have several venues under new ownership in Surfers Paradise with different styles ranging from Mexican, Italian, breakfast and coffee! Our staff enjoy a fun and festive environment, generating a party atmosphere and we are looking for the right people to join our team in creating an experience that people will remember.

The new owners are experienced business operators with financial resources to invest in upgrades and staff.

We believe that customer service should reflect the abilities of the BOH staff, and we are looking for people to continue to develop and contribute to the current systems, while maintaining the high standards set by our Group. Head Chef
Senior Chefs
Cooks
Kitchen Hands

About you:

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including assessing food quality and presentation.
Strong cooking skills
Experience working with a dedicated team.
Attention to detail with a strong focus on Food Safety
Sound financial capabilities in managing kitchen costs.
Ability to follow directives from upper management.
High level written and verbal communication skills.
An enthusiastic and energetic approach.

The Role:

Ensure high food quality and service standards are maintained.
Produce food in line with company standards and follow company procedures
Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment
Hold a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or be willing to obtain.
