Cafe in East Melbourne is serving breakfast/lunch on Ala Cart. We have a small Bain Marie on Mon-Fri serving Pasta, Lasagna, few variety meat dishes, sausage rolls etc…

Qualifications & experience

• Must have experiences serving breakfast/lunch at busy cafe
• Must have experiences Cooking Bain Marie

Tasks & responsibilities

• Cooking breakfast/lunch on order (Ala cart modern Australian breakfast)
• Cooking Bain Marie
• Doing food preps
• Manage stock/inventory, order the stocks
• Manage a clean/good kitchen
• Manage a team in the kitchen
• Ability to work alone/under pressure
• Create exciting new specials
• Menu planning and costing
• Be able to work as a team (help each other)
