Looking for Barista/Cafe All Rounder/Customer Service (Q Roasters / Stafford)

We are a Coffee Roaster with an emphasis on Sustainable Espresso and exceptional customer service and quality.

The position we have available:

15-20 hours a week – The opportunity to increase to 30 hours for the right person.
Monday – Friday & Saturday morning hours
Passionate about coffee and educating customers about sustainable espresso and coffee makers for our roasted beans

We’re looking for someone to hit the ground running! The successful applicant will have:

Previous coffee experience – confident making and talking about coffee.
Multitasker – good work ethic and time management
Be willing to learn and have an urgency to get the job done
Happy to work in a small team as well as independently
Be confident and friendly
Hospitality Experience essential
A passion for quality coffee and excellent customer service.

No Public Holiday work and we close for two weeks over the Christmas period.
