We’re looking for an experienced barista with a bright, bubbly personality to join our small but mighty café team. If you love coffee, people, and being part of a positive, fast-paced environment where your input is genuinely valued – this could be the perfect fit for you.
About the Role
This is more than just a barista job. You’ll be the face of our café, building great relationships with regulars and new customers alike. We want someone who takes real pride in their coffee and customer service, can handle the occasional challenge with grace, and contributes to keeping the café humming.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making consistently excellent coffee (latte art skills = big brownie points!)
- Providing friendly, genuine service to all customers
- Handling customer conflict calmly and professionally when needed
- Preparing smoothies, juices, and light food items
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Clearing, wiping, and resetting tables
- Washing dishes and keeping the space clean
- Replenishing stock and general café duties
- Supporting the team wherever needed – we all pitch in!

- Barista experience in a fast-paced environment (latte art a bonus!)
- Someone confident handling different types of customers and situations
