Based in the heart of the CBD, Tattersall’s Club has been one of Brisbane’s premier private Clubs spanning generations.

We are looking for experienced, driven and focused Food & Beverage professionals to join our F&B Team.

• We have casual and part-time opportunities available across both banquets and A la carte.
• In the role of F&B Attendant, you will provide high-quality service to our Members and guests, to ensure a premium dining and social experience. You will be an outgoing team player who thrives in a customer-centric environment.

You will be competent in all of the basics including;

• Showcase our dining offering to Members with profound knowledge of menus and dish components;
• Suggest beverage options according to Members’ preferences;
  Create a personalised experience for our Members from start to finish;
• Have the availability to work shift work, weekends and public holidays.

Other Requirements

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage experience
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Flexible availability
