Choo Choo Sushi Portside is looking for a waitstaff and Roll Maker who can:

• Work flexible hours between Monday – Sunday.

As a waitstaff, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service by serving and communicating effectively with our patrons.
• Handling orders and transactions with accuracy and efficiency using our POS system.
• Keeping the restaurant clean and organized by refilling stocks and ensuring a tidy dining environment.

In addition to these duties, as a Roll Maker, you will also be responsible for:

• Preparing sushi rolls and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensuring the quality and presentation of each dish meets our restaurant’s standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the sushi preparation area.

Hours could be morning/afternoon/evening shift during weekdays or weekends, from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm.
