St Honore Bakery is an award winning artisan bakery in the North Shore area .

Our very busy North Sydney bakery trades 7 days a week .

With an immediate start, we are looking for a very experienced and reliable Pastry chef/all rounder.

Qualifications & experience

• Must be VERY experienced and have full working rights!!

• 2 years minimum experience in pastries (i.e croissant, Cake ,danishes, pies and bread).

• Must be able to laminate croissant and Pastry dough perfectly.

• Must be able to work on a dough sheeter, sheeting large amounts of sweet and savoury pastry.

• Must have good oven time management.

• Must be able to bake off and finish products for our cafe/bakery display daily.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Full-time position working 5 days a week. Starting 5.30 Am
