We are a busy and vibrant inner North Café looking for a talented and motivated HEAD CHEF.

We provide the ultimate experience for our customers, our food is top notch and our service second to none! Our kitchen team are a great crew, we are looking to replace a seriously passionate and focused chef, who is part of our family. We aren’t in a hurry, we want the right person, the right fit for the team, we will support you, the owner will support and we use a Chef Consult to assist with menu planning, costing and associated metrics.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Head Chef, a passionate chef, and a team player, you will need to be a people person, and play it cool under pressure.

MUST HAVES

You will be fully qualified with the ability to train and mentor staff, taking ownership of the kitchen and the team

You will have at least 5 years experience running a busy kitchen as a HEAD Chef

You must be able to develop recipes, cost out menu’s and take feedback from the team and our customers (if somethings not right, we fix it!)

You must be able to handle a busy service, (this is a hands on role), quality, consistent and timely output, all while keeping a smile on your dial!

You’ll be a strong team player, and someone who is willing to support all areas of the business and the overall team
