ABOUT THE BUSINESS
We’re looking for an experienced cook and a kitchen hand to work with our savoury team in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built production kitchen, located in Albion.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Early Morning and Afternoon positions available.
Duties include, but are not limited to for the cook position:
Production and cooking of Pies, Sausage Rolls and Savoury Tarts for our four shops and retail/wholesale customers
Successful completion of daily prep list including vegetables and meats and other jobs where required.
Offer support to other parts of the kitchen where needed
Duties include, but are not limited to for the kitchen hand position:
Preparation and assembly of our range of sandwiches for our four shops and retail/wholesale customers
Successful completion of daily prep list including vegetables and meats and other jobs where required.
Offer support to other parts of the kitchen where needed
Requirements:
1-2 minimum years experience as a cook or kitchen hand is essential with experience with pastry an advantage
Able to work in a team environment and to work unsupervised
Adaptable & Hard working
Passionate, enthusiastic about great food & savoury cooking
Eye for quality and detail
