We are seeking a Pastry Chef whom specialises in Croissant/Viennoiserie production. 4am starts Tuesday-Saturday(no split shifts) 38-42 hours, to create a variety of Croissant, Danish and Butter Puff from the ground up to join our Northgate team on a Full Time basis.

About the Role

We are seeking a Pastry Chef with creativity and passion for creating delicate Croissants and Pastries to join our Northgate Team, assisting the kitchen. Experience is a similar style of kitchen would be beneficial to perform your role effectively. Starts from 4am Tuesday – Saturday 38-42 hours per week. No split shifts. Other duties will be to assist in the production of in all manners of Patisserie.

Ideally you would have held a similar position previously and be passionate about presentation, quality, correct procedures, and above all, flavour.

• Passion and Creativity
• Passion for delicious sandwiches and savoury foods
• Attention to detail, creativity and consistency
• Strong work ethics whilst having excellent organisational skills and ability to comply with hygiene and safety regulations
• Relevant 2 or 3 years of previous experience
• Ability to use kitchen equipment safely, monitor baking time and temperature
