Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with fresh, local ingredients.
– Manage food ordering and stock inventory with a focus on sustainability.
– Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
– Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional dining experiences.
Required Experience and Skills:
– At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
– A culinary arts qualification is preferred.
– Proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
– Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
– Excellent communication and team management skills.
– Passion for culinary excellence and a drive to learn and grow.
Base Salary Offer:
We offer a competitive base salary ranging between $70,000 – $80,000pa and depending on experience.
