Due to recent growth we are looking to employ a part time Cleaner experienced in all aspects of professional level cleaning. Working in the common areas of our high end residential apartment buildings you will be involved in the cleaning of all surfaces. These areas include:

• – floors (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping)
• – glass doors, balustrades & windows
• – Lifts & stairwells

– Other common areas (eg carparks, bathrooms, pool areas, bbq’s etc)

You will be assigned a weekly roster of buildings, each with a clear defined scope of work. You will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision. You will have some flexibility on days of week worked and hours during those days. Ideally you are ready for an immediate start.

You will begin with between 12 – 18 hours per week, but this may increase over time as more buildings are brought into the business and the role may move to full time within 12 months.

You will have good experience in this level of cleaning and demonstrate a very strong work ethic. A good understanding of commercial cleaning techniques is expected.

You will be required to travel between buildings and therefore have access to a suitable vehicle. Mileage costs will be reimbursed. Hallmark branded polo shirts and all necessary cleaning equipment is supplied.

Most importantly you will be a tremendous brand ambassador for Hallmark Property Care & Services, and always exhibit a friendly professional demeanor with our clients.
