About This Job

A steak house located in manly is looking for a cook/ Chef for hands on work.

Your job will also involve the following and please apply if you have a minimum of 2 years in this role or willing to learn

1. Planning and costing Menu
2. Experience in cooking and prepping for Pub Menu
3. working with a Team of 7 to 8 people
4. will Train you on ordering stock
5. Mainting records for Council inspections
6. following and implementing a Cleaning schedule
7. controlling wastage and meeting sales with daily specials etc

Salary can be negotiated with experience

We are willing to sponsor the right candidate if there is a requirement or do a 482 transfer
