A causal cleaner is required to join our long established family owned cleaning business for 15 hrs per week with the opportunity for more for the right person. Must be available for shifts Monday to Friday, with occasional negotiated Saturday. During each shift there is multiple sites all within 10- 15 mins travel of each other. Cleaners are required to work in teams or independently.

As a causal cleaner you will also be required to fill in for full time staff when they are on holidays.

Must live in the Moreton Bay Regional Council Suburbs or be willing to travel to Caboolture for 2 hour shifts.

Duties include cleaning of offices, car parks and common areas – dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying of bins, cleaning of wash rooms and toilets etc. General commercial cleaning.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking people who are passionate about providing great customer service and exceptional attention to detail when it comes to cleaning.

Cleaning experience ( at least 2 years in the industry) is essential as we require high quality workmanship.

Applicants must be willing to provide current police check, blue card and complete online inductions. Applicants with Certificates in cleaning will be favoured. e.g. Cert 3 or 4 Cleaning – Facilities management and assets maintenance.

Must have current driver’s licence and reliable car.

Job Type and Category

As an employee the cleaner will be paid the hourly rates in accordance with Cleaning Services Award 2024 pay rates. These hourly rates increase each July.
