We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages.
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and answering questions about our menu.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient working environment.
Stay up-to-date with coffee trends and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista is necessary.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and grinders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
