Cleaner / Cleaning Team Leader Required: $30 – $35 per hour.

Mitre Clean Pty Ltd specializes in internal/external cleans in SEQ. We are a fast growing & dynamic company with a great culture that makes your work colleagues feel like a second family! Based at Runcorn, Mitre Cleaning is looking for an experienced cleaner to be a team leader; this will be either a casual or full-time position for Builders Cleans. Remuneration package will depend on your experience & what employment status suits you best.

Leading a team of 2-3 people, you will be experienced or capable in stepping up into this leadership role. It will be expected that the successful candidate will have the following attributes:

It will be expected that the successful candidate will possess the following attributes: Reliability and ability to lead & work in a team.

• Hard-working, self-motivated.

• Be able to work early mornings from Monday to Friday.

• Be able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders – Customers, management, scheduling team, etc.

• Knowledge of OH&S preferred; however, training will be provided.

• Blue Card (this can be arranged after for successful candidate).

• White Card (this can be arranged after for successful candidate).

• Current driver’s license.
