✨ēmmē is hiring baristas ✨
New Jordan Morrocan inspired restaurant just opened and we’re on the hunt for passionate, bubbly and customer focused baristas!
The coffee kioks is outdoors in the “garden” located on James st market trading 7 days a week from 6:30am – 5:00pm.
We are did 70kg of coffee on week 2 and we predict it will increase within the next couple of months.

We use Five Senses coffee.

Brand new everything:
Synesso MVP Hydra
Two Mahlkonig E80’s for House Blend (Hi Fidelity) and Single Origin (rotational)
Marco Bru F60M for batch brew and SP9 for pourover.

The ideal candidate:
⭐️At least 1 year of experience making specialty coffee and various filter methods.
⭐️ Comfortable working under pressure during peak hour.
⭐️ Basic Latte art: Heart is the only requirement. We care more about the taste of the coffee being served and your personality.
⭐️ Proficient English. We are customer focused, our kiosk is very opened and exposed, we are encouraged to interact with customers, answer questions related to all things coffee, offer tasting of our filter coffees… as well as taking orders.
⭐️ Available at LEAST one weekend day is a must (preferably both days and Sunday rates apply), flexibility for late finishes as we close the machine at 5:00pm.
Hours will depend on the candidate’s skills, experience level and availability. 20hrs at the moment but more hours as well as training is definitely available for the right person.
