We are a very busy café located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Marco Polo is split over two levels, currently Marco is operating Monday to Friday 6:30am – 3pm, with Polo (the little takeaway only brother) operating 6:30am- 1.30pm so every evening and weekend are yours!

You will be working in a fast-paced café where the ability to multitasking is a must! You will need to be able to perform under pressure independently and as part of a young international team.

Every day is different at Marco Polo, you will be mostly behind the machine pumping 300 coffees per day, but you could also be at the till serving customer or serving food sometimes!

Requirements:

Previous experience as cafe all-rounder or in a customer service role preferred.
Barista experience compulsory !
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude

Full availability between 6am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday is compulsory. We offer minimum 30 hours per week split over 4 to 5 days.
