Open to the public from 7 am to 3 pm daily, Cassette not only serves as the primary resident touchpoint but also embodies the spirit of Assemble’s values through its food and service model.

We’re in search of a passionate, people-oriented barista/all-rounder to join our Cassette team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our residents and customers experience the highest level of service, embodying our values of generosity, community, affordability, inclusivity, and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of barista experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Exceptional team player with the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Professional, engaging, and friendly demeanour, capable of having fun with our residents and regular customers.
• You hold full working rights in Australia.
• You are flexible to work different shifts as required across the week.
• You hold, or are willing to obtain an RSA.
