Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to our guests according to established recipes and standards.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and workspaces.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Assist in various duties as needed, including cashiering, bussing tables, and basic food preparation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
