Experienced as a catering assistant, I honed my knowledge of food preparation, making sandwiches, wraps, burgers, baguettes, croissants, and general cleaning according to hygiene standards . As a catering assistant at INAC, I have a proven track record to assist chef within working kitchen, including navigate a crowded space, and keep area clean, organised, and tidy. And as food and beverage staff at O’Brien Group Australia, I am keen of greeting customers including taking orders, make attention to items before serving to customers, collecting payment and operating point of sale system.
