Light Years Café is searching for experienced baristas to join our friendly team.

Successful applicants for the role will have the ability to work efficiently and cheerfully under pressure, demonstrate a passion for the industry, and have significant experience in a similar position.

The successful applicant for the BARISTA role should have the following attributes:

Worked in high volume specialty café as a barista for at least 2 years.
Have a thorough understanding of coffee origins, brew methods and service.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adjust.
Work well in a team.
Hold high standards in the integrity and presentation of their work.
Ability to foster customer loyalty and rapport.
Well-presented, hard working, reliable and punctual.
Seeking a long term, full time role.
