I am an international student in Brisbane who has worked as a chef for 8 months in an Izakaya, a type of informal Japanese pub, in Japan. My experience there gave me a deep understanding of Japanese cuisine and the unique culture of Izakaya dining.

I have a passion for my work and love the dynamic nature of the culinary world. The satisfaction of providing customers with a memorable dining experience drives me in my career. I pride myself on creating innovative and delicious dishes, handling the pressure of a busy kitchen, and leading a team with positivity and resilience.

Although I have a preference for Japanese restaurants, given my experience, I am eager to challenge myself and expand my culinary repertoire to include other cuisines. I am particularly interested in exploring Korean cuisine, among others.

I bring my cooking skills and experience, a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a genuine love for food and hospitality. I am a fast learner, ready to take on new challenges and enhance my skills.
