Full time role working Monday to Friday 4.30pm to 12am
An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, reliable Kitchenhand Cleaner to join our team at Southbank TAFE, QLD. Working the afternoon shift 4.30pm – 12am and primarily supporting the kitchen with kitchenhand duties (e.g., using commercial dishwashers, handwashing dishes/kitchen equipment & utensils, cleaning commercial kitchen equipment, sanitising work surfaces, cleaning & preparing kitchens between classes etc.) plus general cleaning (e.g., emptying rubbish bins, mopping, wiping, cleaning toilets, vacuuming, dusting cleaning kitchenettes and showers as well as plunging toilets). This role involves manual handling and regularly lifting 6kg metal trivets.
ABOUT YOU
Experience working in a professional cleaning capacity using commercial or industrial cleaning products preferably with kitchenhand experience.
Good communication, able to follow instructions and willingness to learn.
