Full Job Description

We are looking for all staff (Kitchen/ Hall/ Junior staff) for the opening! Please email your resume including availability and application position to the address provided. Work experience is preferred but NOT mandatory (If you have a ‘learning attitude’ and motivation).

-Kitchen Staff

•  Cleaning all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.

• Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.

• Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.

• Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.

• Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.

• Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.

• Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.

-Hall Staff

• Prepare restaurant tables with particular attention to sanitation and order

•   Attend to customers upon entrance

•  Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages

•  Take and serve orders

•  Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

•  Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

•  Issue bills and accept payment

Salary:  $ 26.73 ~ $ 33.78/ Hour (Adult)
