We are seeking the most important role in the restaurant kitchen – a KITCHEN HAND to help the wheels turn in the engine room! A team player is a must with strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Banc Brasserie and Wine Bar, located in Brisbane’s CBD at the top end of Queen Street Mall is a European style eatery showcasing authentic cuisine and traditional cooking with a modern edge, drawing inspiration from the likes of Italy and France. This 100-seated restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner Monday to Friday and dinner on Saturday.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen

– High standards of cleaning and hygiene in the kitchen

– The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Positive communication skills, energy and attitude
