About Us: Kushimaru is a modern Japanese izakaya located in the heart of Brisbane City.

Kitchen Staff (Part-time / Casual)

Working Hours:
• Sun–Thu: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Fri–Sat: 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM
(*Days and hours negotiable)

Pay:
• Legal hourly rate + performance-based incentives
• Experience preferred – potential for permanent position

Ideal Candidates:
• Quick hands, clean hygiene, great teamwork
• Passionate about cooking
• Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
• Experience with Japanese cuisine is a plus

Floor Staff

Requirements:
• RSA required
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Basic English communication skills

Shifts:
• Between 4:00 PM – 12:00–1:00 AM
(4–7 hours per shift within that range)
• Higher pay rates apply after 10 PM and midnight
