About Us:
Maha East is a relaxed neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar. We are looking for energetic candidates to join our kitchen team on a casual and full-time basis. Over the years we have had many examples of team members coming on board as kitchen hands and going on to become part of our chef, front of the house, and bar teams. We love to try and help our people grow and develop.

Qualifications & Experience:
Capacity to work as part of a team.
Experience in a similar role advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to follow directions and safety requirements.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
High aptitude for following workplace guidelines, procedures, and policies.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assisting the chef in the preparation of food, as required.
Washing and cleaning utensils and dishes.
Cleaning benches, floors, and other kitchen areas.
Disposing of rubbish – Ensuring the kitchen is clean and sanitary.
Implementing all hygiene and Health & Safety regulation.
