Position Details:
- Title: Front of House Manager
- Location: Teneriffe 4005
- Start Date: Before 1st July
As a vital member of the SIPPY TOM team, you will help deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include:
- 🍽️ Ordering and COGS management
- ☕️ Rostering & Wage control
- 💬 Process and Procedure compliance and creation to ensure smooth operations
- 🔄 Leading a fantastic team to foster a fun and inviting workplace culture
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a café or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid work rights in Australia
