What we need from you:

• A skilled barista who can make every cup of coffee shine ☕. Must have high quality latte art and be able to dial in machines/adjust grind.
• Experience in leading teams and taking charge during busy hours.
• A passion for customer service – we want to make every guest’s day better with a smile and a great brew.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to keep things running smoothly even when the café is packed.
• A positive attitude and ability to keep calm under pressure.
