About the Role:
As a Café All-Rounder, you’ll be an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service: Greeting and serving customers with a friendly demeanor, taking orders, and handling payments.
Barista Duties: Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages to our exacting standards.
Food Preparation: Assisting in the kitchen with basic food prep and presentation.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café.
Team Collaboration: Working cohesively with team members to ensure efficient service.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is preferred.
Barista experience is highly regarded.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
