strong passion for coffee, customer service experience, and background in fast-
paced retail and café environments, I am confident that I would be a valuable

My experience spans several years in various customer-facing roles. I spent two
years working in retail, followed by four years in a franchise cafe environment in
Korea, where I developed my skills in coffee preparation, customer service, and
team collaboration. Additionally, I worked for over six months in a cafe in Brisbane,
Australia, where I gained valuable experience in a high-volume setting. Although
this would be my first time working with Starbucks specifically, my ability to quickly
learn and adapt to new environments has always been one of my strengths.
Currently, I am working at the busy Uniqlo Flagship Store in Emporium Melbourne,
where I handle high traffic and multitask under pressure, ensuring that every
customer receives top-notch service. This experience has further honed my ability
to work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude, skills that I believe would
transfer well to the all-rounder role.
