Kenko Sushi House is a Japanese takeaway shop located in the main food court of the UQ St Lucia campus. We are a fast paced shop selling a range of sushi and rice bowls. Store opens 5 days a week.

Casual positions available:

1) Kitchen Hand

Responsibilities may include (depending on shift times):

– Making sushi

– Food handling and preparation

– Making hot food orders

– Using the fryer

– Dishwashing and general clean ups

Shifts range from 6 – 8 hours between 6am till 6pm

*Priority to people who can work 6am shifts

MUST HAVE:

– Minimum 6 months kitchen working experience

– Experience working in a fast paced environment

– Fluent in English

– Self-motivated

– Fast learner

MUST HAVE:
