The Opportunity 

Maleny Dairies QLD has an opportunity available for experienced Industrial Cleaner to join the Maleny Dairies team on a casual basis working up to 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role will be responsible for:

• Cleaning staff lunchrooms and kitchens.
• Washing of laundry using onsite laundry facilities.
• Cleaning of all ablution blocks and toilets.
• Cleaning of offices to include vacuuming, mopping, dusting.
• Emptying rubbish bins.
• Sanitation of all public areas and applying COVID hygiene practices to high touch and traffic areas.
• Assisting with production cleaning withing the factory.
• Adhoc cleaning tasks as directed by management.

About you:

• Experience in industrial cleaning and/or cleaning in a FMCG factory environment preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow work instructions to meet the quality/hygiene requirements.
• A willingness to be part of a safe work culture.
• Have an appropriate level of physical fitness and resilience.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work well as a team and independently.

Working Hours:

• This is a casual role offering up to 25 hours per week.
• Work hours to are negotiated. Flexible options to work within the school hours are available.
