Shifts available across the week, ideally looking for a committed weekend barista with some weekday availability.

• Start times between 5:30am-7:30am.
• Finish times between 11:30am-2:30pm.

Who we are: a small bakery café serving specialty coffee

(Padre, Slayer Steam) and crafting artisan pastries in house.

We have a loyal community of lovely customers.

A warm and welcoming vibe along with speedy and effective service is our signature.

Who you are: if you tick all of the above you’re halfway there.

You should also have strong coffee making skills.

You should be conscientious about cleanliness and waste.

No, a recent barista course isn’t enough, we really need you to have a number of years experience under your belt for this role however all ages are welcome to apply.

18 and been behind a machine since 16? Amazing.

50 and lived a whole coffee era? Perfection.

Your base rate is determined by age as per chosen pay bracket.

Our best case scenario: someone who will at most need to be shown how we like things done, will happily adapt their skills to learn those processes quickly and precisely and is willing to drop old habits to align with our team. Consistency really is key to customers coming back again and again.
