Hikaru Sushi Train in Cleveland is hiring one waitress. (Even those who previously applied but unfortunately couldn’t join us are welcome to reapply.) We are hiring additional staff as we are opening another location.

Gender and experience are not important. Even if you are not fluent in English, it’s okay. The English used in the restaurant is almost the same, so you can quickly become familiar with it. Even if you initially have difficulty understanding, the existing staff members will assist you.

Pick-up for commuting is available in front of Eight Mile Lucky Super or Runcon Plaza. Please make sure to confirm the pick-up location.

You don’t have to worry about work because we have a friendly and helpful working atmosphere where we don’t push the employees too hard (the owner is not at the store, so there’s no need to be concerned about being watched).

If you are considering long-term residency in Australia, various types of visas are available for application.

The working hours are usually from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM (guaranteed full-time work 5 days a week, approximately 45 hours). There is a 1-hour break in between, and meals are provided (workdays need to be discussed).

Salary: Part-time minimum wage + pension + paid leave, which is deposited together with the wage every two weeks based on accumulated time (we comply with the Fair Work Wage Award).

• Experienced chefs can negotiate their salary.
  • Hourly wage increases are also possible depending on the duration and skills. This is also adjusted based on the Fair Work Wage Level Chart. ** We can discuss it separately if you have experience or need visa support. There are no restrictions on experience or age, and we welcome anyone with a diligent attitude.
