Our busy Restaurant forms part of a three-section venue, including a Rooftop Bar (small plates & platters) & Café.

• You will be a natural leader – always working calmly, and efficiently and creating a team environment – in busy and quieter times.
• You will have a lead-from-the-front attitude with the ability to inspire those working around you
• Effective management of kitchen costs, in line with KPI’s.
• Collaborate with our other chefs & management align the kitchen with the group’s overarching goals.
• Foster an all-inclusive and positive workspace.
• Proficiency in all areas of our kitchen operations or a willingness to learn.
• Monitor food stocks and replenish supplies as needed.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to the established standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve kitchen operations & menu development.
• Take ownership & pride in the business.
