HEAD CHEF

About This Job

Noosa Golf Club is looking for a Full Time Head Chef to lead our Team, it is located in beautiful Tewantin.

Our operating hours are lunch, 7 days a week 11.30 am to 2.30 pm, and Dinner, Wednesday to Friday 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm. We also offer Weddings and Parties on Saturday Nights.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, applicants should have experience in a similar role with a Minimum of 2 years of commercial cooking experience.

• Menu Planning
• Staff Supervision and training
• Ordering and stock control
• Meeting food hygiene standards with a Food Safety Certificate
• Ability to work split shifts and Weekends (Great working hours)
