About This Job

Full Blender owns and operates Adelaide Social and Sparrow + Finch in the middle of the Brisbane CBD. The company also has multiple sister restaurants and cafes in Brisbane, Noosa and Byron bay.

The cafés serve between 300 – 500 customers a day so experience in a similar hectic environment is essential.

We are now looking for confident baristas and all rounders to join our team.

The right candidate is a stayer that wants to develop with our company long term, get to know our brands and our customers.

We are continuously expanding in Queensland and NSW so there is always opportunities for further professional development and advancement within the company.

Skills & Experience/ Personal attributes:

•            Experience working in restaurants and high volume espresso bars

•            Solid barista experience

•            Consistent latte art

•            Friendly, outgoing personality

•            Must work well within a team and communicate effectively

•            Preferably a permanent resident or Australian citizen
